Dr. Mitchell is board-certified in Internal Medicine with fellowship training in Aesthetic and Regenerative Medicine. She completed her MD at Baylor College of Medicine and residency at UT Austin Dell Medical School. Her clinical focus is bioidentical hormone optimization, medical weight loss, and advanced injectable protocols.

Dr. Mitchell personally oversees every treatment plan at the MedSpa and believes that great aesthetic results start with great whole-body health. Outside the spa she teaches continuing education on integrative hormone therapy and is a member of the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine (A4M).

Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner · Master Injector

Emma is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner with over a decade of experience in aesthetic medicine. She trained through the American Academy of Aesthetic Medicine and is a certified master injector for Allergan (Botox, Juvederm) and Galderma (Dysport, Restylane).

Emma specializes in natural-looking facial balancing, lip artistry, and advanced laser protocols. She is known by clients for her eye for facial proportion and her belief that subtle, well-placed work almost always outperforms more. She is a proud first-generation Mexican-American nurse practitioner.
